It feels like recently, but actually it was six months ago. I saw Woody Allen’s latest film “Magic in the Moonlight”. And yes I felt the magic in the moonlight. It was a very enjoyable film. The movie brought a certain magic that it is often missing in our life. And the movie also inspired the sketch above.
I also really enjoyed reading The New York Times article about the movie ( http://www.nytimes.com/2014/07/20/movies/for-woody-allens-next-trick-shrugging-off-bad-publicity.html?_r=0 ) .
And this quote from Woody Allen is great “I’m like Blanche DuBois,” said Mr. Allen, 78, sitting on an ice chest in a parking lot outside the cafe. “I hope in life that there’s a certain amount of magic. Unfortunately, there’s not enough. There are little, sporadic things one could think of as magical. But for the most part, it’s grim reality.”
Hopefully the magic never stops…
